Doing this alone in the wind was tricky but the kit went together well. Needs a few more of the 70mm screws when sent with the base kit. The ship lap on the door wings was a bit gappy so it doesn’t quite line up, and I’d prefer coach bolts for the hinges to make it a bit more secure, but it does the job. Roger. Wed Mar 18 2026

We bought this pent bike shed. The roof has been leaking so would recommend you get an EPDM roof (one piece). The roof angle is quite shallow and water doesn’t run off but tends to sit on the felt and leak under by capillary action. Otherwise the shed is holding up well and has faded nicely in the sun. The shed arrived screwed on to a pallet as described, it did take me 30+ minutes to unscrew it and put all the panels together ready for building. The construction of the shed (7x5) was fairly easy and the structure felt strong and good quality, I will say it did take 2 people almost a whole day to get it up. The shed came with one key which we've recently lost so needed to contact customer care who were extremely helpful and happy to send us out a new key first class at a tiny fee. Having shopped around locally and online this looked like the best deal and we were pleased with the flexibility of the modular design, the quality of the product and the instructions. The price was fair - there are cheaper ones on the market but also much more expensive ones. The modular design made the construction easier. We did feel that the optional extras (eg. the timber sub structure) were quite expensive and the locks are not the best quality but there were plenty of fixings and enough felt to cover both the roof and also a hedgehog house made out of the wood from the pallet that the shed was delivered on. The delivery was very quick and convenient and the packing on the pallet kept it secure and made it easier to unpack it, as long as you followed the instructions. The online hep was very good - even though I was asking questions that I later found the answers to in the FAQ - sorry about that.
