This Reverse Apex Overlap shed is a very practical design. It is manufactured from high grade, slow grown, FSC approved, North European pine overlap cladding boards over sturdy 34 mm square framing. The door is fitted with a padbolt ready for your own padlock. Both roof and floor are constructed from solid sheet OSB. One fixed acrylic window is included. The building is dip treated with a basecoat ready for top coating by you immediately after assembly which can be either a wood stain or a colourful wood paint. All fixings, roof felt and assembly instructions are provided. (Imperial dimensions are approximate to the nearest foot, please refer to the exact metric dimensions given). Following your order, you will be sent a link to choose your delivery day. On the morning of delivery day you will also receive live tracking information. Before you assemble your building, you will need a base which is flat and level to a sufficient size. Grass, soil or gravel are not sufficient as they will move with the weight of a building.

Not recommended! Having put up the shed the door was too large for the opening! We had to get in power tools to plane the door and the entranvpce to get the door to fit. Cheap and shoddy construction and workmanship. Nails hammered in incorrectly and thin and flimsy panels. The shed is manufactured from 12mm shiplap tongue & groove timber, which has been pressure treated and is brown in color. Every part of the shed, including the roof & floor is pressure treated and guarantees the timber against rot and insect for 15 years, so you can be assured that the shed will last the test time. The shed is supplied with a tongue & groove floor & roof as standard. Both are also made from 12mm timber, ensuring good strength and durability. If you choose a shed with windows, the windows will be 2mm perspex. The door is braced and ledged for extra strength and rigidity. A rim lock and key are supplied, to allow the shed to be locked and secured when not in use. The shed arrived screwed on to a pallet as described, it did take me 30+ minutes to unscrew it and put all the panels together ready for building. The construction of the shed (7x5) was fairly easy and the structure felt strong and good quality, I will say it did take 2 people almost a whole day to get it up. The shed came with one key which we've recently lost so needed to contact customer care who were extremely helpful and happy to send us out a new key first class at a tiny fee. This modular pent is shed is extremely versatile, due to the fact that the side panels can be assembled in any order. Meaning that the door, and windows can be placed on any side and the roof can slope either way to suit your needs. The shed is manufactured from 12mm shiplap tongue & groove timber, which has been pressure treated and is brown in colour. Every part of the shed, including the roof & floor is pressure treated and guarantees the timber against rot and insect for 15 years, so you can be assured that the shed will last the test time. The shed is supplied with a tongue & groove floor & roof as standard. Both are also made from 12mm timber, ensuring good strength and durability. If you choose a shed with windows, the windows will be 2mm perspex. The door is braced and ledged for extra strength and rigidity. A rim lock and key is supplied, to allow the shed to be locked and secured when not in use. The door lock, hinges, turn button and handle are made from galvanized steel so are protected from rust. All fixtures and fittings are supplied, including an assembly guide. Depending on the size of the shed, it should not take more than a few hours to assemble. Two persons is recommended to complete the assembly.
