The single door is fitted with a hasp and staple catch ready for your own padlock. Both roof and floor are constructed from solid sheet OSB. There is one fixed, acrylic window in this model . All fixings, roof felt and assembly instructions are provided. Please note, we also only pressure treat complete assembled panels in our factory to avoid cutting and exposing timber ends. This ensures a complete pressure treated finish. (Imperial dimensions are approximate to the nearest foot, please refer to the exact metric dimensions given). Before you assemble your building, you will need a base which is flat and level to a sufficient size. Grass, soil or gravel are not sufficient as they will move with the weight of a building.

It is constructed from high-grade 12mm shiplap cladding to the walls and tongue and groove boards to the roof and floor all on 44 mm strong framing. Mineral roof felt, fixing kit and assembly instructions are provided. Manufactured in the UK from high-grade Northern European FSC-certified timber and finished with a honey brown basecoat preservative treatment ready for your own top coat of stain or paint. Imperial measurements are rounded so please refer to the metric sizes for accuracy. Allowance should be made for the roof overhang and for access around the outside during construction and subsequent treatment.
