Returned the item. Other than poor packaging and having arrived damaged, the colour is vastly different than the picture on the website. I thought I ordered a warm brown bookcase, but what arrived has a cold grayish tint. I added the image from the website for comparison. Also, I am shocked that I was charged the return postage -- as if I'm returning it out of a whim. I considered buying the yellow one instead, but at this point I'm not sure what would arrive. Shame..
