A bit flimsy, but I knew that from the description - 38mm structural timber - if I was building one myself, I'd use 2x2 minimum. It assembled easily and had all the necessary bits & pieces, screws, nails etc. I would struggle to buy just the materials for the price of the shed, and then have the time & hassle of building it from scratch - all in all it's a bargain!. The shed is constructed from high-quality pressure-treated tongue and groove shiplap cladding. The high-quality floor joists give the shed a solid and sturdy feel. The floor and roof are constructed from a solid OSB board. Top-grade timber is used throughout, sourced exclusively from Scandinavia and Siberia where the best timber for sheds is produced. The timber is tight-grained producing less sap and is, therefore, a more durable timber than the faster-growing timber used by other shed manufacturers. The benefit of purchasing a pressure treated building is that it is almost completely maintenance-free once the building has been soundly erected, meaning there is no need to treat it every year which provides great savings over the years. Infused into the wood is a chemical preservative that goes deep into the wood, it is rot free and needs no yearly treatment. The shed arrived in two securely packaged boxes that were easy for two people to carry to the assembly site. I unpacked everything in order and confirmed that all parts were present and in perfect condition. The directions were clear and concise, and the components fit together exactly as shown. For those planning to build this, I have three recommendations to make the process easier The Overlap Rule 1.The instructions should emphasize leaving the last screw unsecured where panels overlap until the next panel is in place. 2.Elevate Your Work We used backyard tables for subassembly to avoid working on the ground, which saved our backs. 3.Plan Your Exit When installing the roof, work from the inside toward an outer edge. We kept a stepladder inside the shed to reach the top screws for the center pieces. Just make sure your final panel is one of the outside edges so you can finish the last screws from a ladder on the exterior. For the lower screws, I highly recommend using construction knee pads (I picked mine up at the local hardware store), which made the ground-level work much more comfortable. My assembly partner and I finished the entire build in about 5 ½ hours. While a novice might want a bit more detail in certain steps, we found it to be a very straightforward project.
