First of all, I read previous reviews before ordering and the main complaint is that the instructions are difficult to understand or inaccurate. After receiving the shed, I found the instructions very intuitive. They are on A5 so quite small but as long as you test fit the pieces before fixing parts together, you will see pretty quickly if the orientation is incorrect. If you are unsure, read ahead a couple of pages and everything should make sense. Assembled on my own in a few hours, and really happy with the quality of the shed. I’m going to make some modifications to make it more secure, but I couldn’t buy the materials to make a custom shed for this price so I’m delighted!. Anonymous. Wed Jan 10 2024

This does not take 3 hours as suggested by the instructions but two full days. It’s not for the faint hearted DIY’er as we had to drill new holes and the instructions were a tad confusing in parts. This said when it eventually was built after a few scratched heads and a couple of expletives it became a shed and looked very nice in our garden. It’s is more spacious than the pics and will hold a lot of things. Pleased in the end. Suggest that the manufactures try and build this themselves as I’ve noted quite a few other reviews mention the holes not being in line and they need to address this as without an experienced DIY person helping us, it would still be in bits.. The shed arrived in two securely packaged boxes that were easy for two people to carry to the assembly site. I unpacked everything in order and confirmed that all parts were present and in perfect condition. The directions were clear and concise, and the components fit together exactly as shown. For those planning to build this, I have three recommendations to make the process easier The Overlap Rule 1.The instructions should emphasize leaving the last screw unsecured where panels overlap until the next panel is in place. 2.Elevate Your Work We used backyard tables for subassembly to avoid working on the ground, which saved our backs. 3.Plan Your Exit When installing the roof, work from the inside toward an outer edge. We kept a stepladder inside the shed to reach the top screws for the center pieces. Just make sure your final panel is one of the outside edges so you can finish the last screws from a ladder on the exterior. For the lower screws, I highly recommend using construction knee pads (I picked mine up at the local hardware store), which made the ground-level work much more comfortable. My assembly partner and I finished the entire build in about 5 ½ hours. While a novice might want a bit more detail in certain steps, we found it to be a very straightforward project. I’m very pleased with the quality and would definitely recommend this to friends and family.. Brenda. Shirleysburg, PA. Sun Apr 05 2026

Before purchasing I contacted CS to check this product had a floor as stated. Upon delivery it became apparent it hadn’t so I paid over the odds compared to elsewhere. After a lot of back and forth a 25% discount was agreed, I had to chase again to be told the figure they had on their system was £58.99 which equated to 20% I asked them to check figures again! Just kept saying that was 25%. I called CS who agreed it was not 25% and the agent did not handle this well. I was assured I would receive the remainder as of yet that has yet to happen. It was farcical from start to finish. I received a £10 voucher bug won’t be using Wayfair again.. Lisa. Warwick, GB. Mon Apr 06 2026
