The shoe rack went together pretty good except for when putting the upper rack side pieces into the lower rack side pieces. There was metal inside the lower side pieces (from when they drilled out the the screw hole - they weren'tcleaned out) which prevented the upper side legs from dropping all the way in. I used a common screwdriver and hammer to chip the metal shards away and then the legs went in just fine. As always with Wayfair the delivery was very fast.. Melissa. Lake Arrowhead, CA.
