Organise your hallway or entryway with this contemporary shoe storage bench from Livingandhome. It's made from solid wood with white varnish, and it features a slatted design for a classic feel. This piece has three exposed shelves that hold up to seven pairs of shoes combined, and the padded top lifts to reveal a storage compartment for smaller essentials. The handles on both sides are designed for easy movement. It measures 50cm high and 91.5cm wide.

The description of this being "fully assembled" is inaccurate (see my picture). It came in several pieces and did need assembly. This was however relatively straight forward, although the material/wood is very, very soft and easily splits so be careful. Also, it was missing two screws from the package which is a bit of an annoyance. It's lightweight and looks okay but overall a bit of a disappointment. Glad it was discounted.. Anonymous. Beautiful hallway bench with shoe rack made of sustainable bamboo from the Danish manufacturer George Oliver. Ideal for the entrance area, the bedroom or as an additional seat in the hallway. The elegant hallway bench has rounded corners and a light, bright design that fits wonderfully into modern home furnishings. You can use the bench as a seat for taking off and putting on shoes or as a storage area. The low shelf is ideal for storing shoes, hats and gloves. The noble hallway bench is made of solid carbonised bamboo with a light, fine structure. With its robust and environmentally friendly properties, bamboo is a popular material in Scandinavian furniture design. Unlike other tree species, bamboo grows in the same place when it is felled. Since bamboo also grows extremely quickly, it is a fantastic sustainable raw material. Although bamboo is hard like oak wood, it makes sense to maintain the bench with a colourless oil. The oil preserves the warm colour of the bamboo wood and saturates the top layer for more resistance to wear and tear and stains. It is important not to cover bamboo or to expose it to heat or moisture, as this can lead to discolouration of the wood. The Noble hallway bench fits perfectly with the console table from the same series-or with one of the smart coat stands. George Oliver' Noble series is the right choice For those who value a timeless Scandinavian design, but also sustainability and quality.

Brilliant really lovely Well made and easily assembled. Anonymous. Fri May 17 2024

The storage bench is constructed with a wood frame, a Sturdy base design for low maintenance, stable and durable after a long time of use. With a seating load capacity of up to 150 kg, this storage bench with a basket is designed with sturdiness in mind.

Just what I wanted for my little porch! The bench came fully assembled - all I needed to do was change the direction of the drawer pulls (they arrive facing inwards). It’s very light, but seems sturdy enough for an adult to sit on. Not all the edges are painted, and the drawer pulls aren’t all very well covered, but for the price it’s a great piece. I’ll probably change the drawer pulls for something else to match the rest of the porch fittings when they’re in.. Anonymous. Sun May 08 2022
