Amazing hoover. Abit top heavy so doesn't stand well. Needs to lean against something. However the quality of the hoover out ways this. No hair gets in the brush. The filter has two sections. One only collects hair and the other the dust and dirt. Even if your carpet looks clean ,it sucks up stuff you'd never see. Love it. Long cord too which helps. I bought this after I felt my Vax pro power was bulky and heavy but still worked well. I last cleaned my carpets with the Vax about 6 weeks ago and did them today with this and my god, what a machine !!! I have 2 chihuahuas who moult more than a pack of wolves and the amount of hair that it’s removed is outstanding. It also cleaned up old stains really well and new stains completely. My only gripe was the Vax needed one tank for a whole clean but I had to refill 3 times but it’s no hardship, maybe just costly for solution! I bought this vacuum last month to upgrade the cordless anti hair wrap - the battery just wasnt lasting long enough. I am amazed at how lightweight this vacuum is despite how sturdy it is. New vacuum arrived last week, upgraded my previous duo clean lift away that’s got to be around 8yrs old! Overall this was easy to put together, I like the detect feature between hard floor and carpet. Feels lighter to manoeuvre than the old one. However there are some features I miss from my old one. The light on the handle when in lift away mode was handy when vacuuming the stairs this one doesn’t have that. The cord store away isn’t so easy it’s to the side as opposed to the back, the nozzle attachment is snug where it sits and the cord hook and wand release button are in the way. The suction and maneuverability are really good. It's very easy to clean stairs as you don't need to carry the vacuum up the stairs. Overall, I am very pleased with the buy.
