We ordered two sheds recently, a 6x10 apex shed and a 6x3 pent bike shed. The 6x10 is a great shed, solid with nice big windows which make it ideal for a small workshop. I've just built the 6x3 bike shed and as with the previous shed, nice and solid. We had a couple of small annoying issues with both though. A couple of wall panels for the 6x10 were missing nails for the cladding. One section was missing 8 nails in a row and the cladding was bowing out. An easy fix, but not something I should be needing to fix. One of the screws for the door hinge looked loose and when I went to tighten it, I discovered it was just a screw head as there was already a nail in the same position underneath and the head had been placed in for cosmetic purposes. The bike shed was a little more annoying. The packing supports had all split and the shed panels were all over the lorry trailer floor. 2 panels had minor damage, one of them was missing the cladding overhang at the bottom of the wall panels. The other had damage to the tongue and groove. One of the panels must have been moving back and fore on the pallet and the blue paint from the pallet is rubbed onto one af the front panels. Little annoyances aside, they are great sheds and very easy to build. I also liked that I could pick and choose where doors, windows and wall panels went, so very customizable. So I would definitely recommend them. The instructional videos are excellent and really help with construction.. Alasdair. Wed Nov 20 2024

Powersheds have been fantastic. I bought the apex bike shed. When lock down came and I could no longer get the help i had planned to put it together, i decided (as a complete novice with an electric drill/screwdriver) to do it myself. The shed was very well designed and I got advice and support from Powersheds when I needed it for the build - even at the week end. and the quality seems great (its only been up for a month). two small pieces were missing from the order and the team responded immediately and sent them by courier the next day. Really impressed. I never write reviews but i thought you deserved a big thank you for great quality and great service.. Lottie. Wed Nov 20 2024

This handmade building is an attractive variation on the usual garden shed - a quality addition to your garden. Wall panels are FSC certified, shiplap cladding and supplied in a honey brown timber basecoat preservative. The shed is manufactured in the UK from high grade, FSC certified, northern European pine. The framing is a mighty 44 mm square, significantly larger than even our standard framing giving the building immense strength. The lockable, single door is fully framed and braced. The opening window is storm resistant, traditional joinery quality frames glazed with 3 mm toughened glass. Both roof and floor are of tongued and grooved pine. Mineral roof felt and all necessary fixings are supplied. For critical dimensions use the metric values, imperial dimensions are rounded for description only. Before you assemble your building, you will need a base which is flat and level to a sufficient size. Grass, soil or gravel are not sufficient as they will move with the weight of a building.

The Camelot is a substantial shed in a range of sizes. A robust log cabin, it comes with a fully framed single door and a joinery quality, opening window complete with shutter. The cabin comes with a tongue and groove roof and floor with pressure treated bearers. The door is fully framed with a pad bolt and features a full length piano style hinge to improve security. The interlocking timbers that make up the walls of the building are 19 mm thick, some 50% thicker than a normal garden building; roof and floor are 12mm thick. The building is supplied untreated ready for you to paint or stain immediately after assembly. Where dimensions are critical please check internal (floor) sizes as building dimensions are to the edge of the individual boards that make up the cabin and will include the crossover of the logs. Internal eaves height is a full 6' (1825mm) for a spacious interior. Please note that log cabins are supplied as individual log boards that are assembled length by length, building up from the floor; not pre-made panels. The building is manufactured here in the UK and all of the wood used is high grade, FSC approved Northern European Pine. Assembly instructions and mineral roof felt are included.
