Medium Wood Bike Sheds

This 3 x 6 Overlap Pent Bike Store is a safe, secure and dry place for storing bikes that features a functional and contemporary design that will suit every garden. Boasting large double doors, you can store and access bikes with ease. Manufactured here in the UK, using FSC® certified timber, this store is great for those looking for a secure storage solution that offers excellent value. The walls of this store are made using horizontal boards that overlap each other, this traditional method of construction creates a solid panel that encourages rain water to run off the building, protecting your bikes from the elements. Solid sheet board is used to form the floor and roof, a durable material that is made up of several layers of tightly compacted oriented strands. Solid sheet board is perfect for everyday use and general storage. This building is complete with thick wooden framing to support the overlap panelling internally, creating a rigid, long lasting structure. The modern, pent roofline will encourage rain water to run off the building, avoiding the build-up of water that could potentially cause damage to the building. Robust roofing felt, fixtures and fittings are all supplied as standard, alongside our detailed instructions and our manufacturer’s recommendations, to ensure a simple and stress free assembly process. All of our buildings come with an Anti-rot guarantee, to ensure your garden building looks great and lasts the test of time, this building in particular comes with a conditional 10 year Anti-rot guarantee as well as a 12 month manufacturer’s warranty. Annual re-treatment is required to maintain your building and the Anti-rot guarantee.

We ordered two sheds recently, a 6x10 apex shed and a 6x3 pent bike shed. The 6x10 is a great shed, solid with nice big windows which make it ideal for a small workshop. I've just built the 6x3 bike shed and as with the previous shed, nice and solid. We had a couple of small annoying issues with both though. A couple of wall panels for the 6x10 were missing nails for the cladding. One section was missing 8 nails in a row and the cladding was bowing out. An easy fix, but not something I should be needing to fix. One of the screws for the door hinge looked loose and when I went to tighten it, I discovered it was just a screw head as there was already a nail in the same position underneath and the head had been placed in for cosmetic purposes. The bike shed was a little more annoying. The packing supports had all split and the shed panels were all over the lorry trailer floor. 2 panels had minor damage, one of them was missing the cladding overhang at the bottom of the wall panels. The other had damage to the tongue and groove. One of the panels must have been moving back and fore on the pallet and the blue paint from the pallet is rubbed onto one af the front panels. Little annoyances aside, they are great sheds and very easy to build. I also liked that I could pick and choose where doors, windows and wall panels went, so very customizable. So I would definitely recommend them. The instructional videos are excellent and really help with construction.. Alasdair. Tue Nov 19 2024

Powersheds have been fantastic. I bought the apex bike shed. When lock down came and I could no longer get the help i had planned to put it together, i decided (as a complete novice with an electric drill/screwdriver) to do it myself. The shed was very well designed and I got advice and support from Powersheds when I needed it for the build - even at the week end. and the quality seems great (its only been up for a month). two small pieces were missing from the order and the team responded immediately and sent them by courier the next day. Really impressed. I never write reviews but i thought you deserved a big thank you for great quality and great service.. Lottie. Tue Nov 19 2024

It's a great little shed and we're very happy with this. It arrived on time, and the delivery guy was very helpful. I now have a very well organised space for all my gardening, DIY, tools etc. etc. Would recommend Wayfair.. Susan. Wrenthorpe Wakefield, GB. Mon Jul 31 2017

The side panels had some longer bits so I had to call a friend to come round and cut them back the holes for fixing bolts had not been drilled out so he also did that for me not very good. Marcus. Dersingham King's Lynn, GB. Thu Jul 15 2021

You get what you pay for. Cheap and cheerful. Good quality for the price. I took one star off because the door is very low and this is not clear in the picture. I'll buy this again if I need one. Johan. Ramsgate, GB. Fri May 05 2017
