Unfortunately we a had a few dents in ours but company resolved it straight away but with anything things can be damaged in transport, wayfair and the company sorted it as soon as they received my complaint and proof 2 days in all that's so good. This does not take 3 hours as suggested by the instructions but two full days. It’s not for the faint hearted DIY’er as we had to drill new holes and the instructions were a tad confusing in parts. This said when it eventually was built after a few scratched heads and a couple of expletives it became a shed and looked very nice in our garden. It’s is more spacious than the pics and will hold a lot of things. Pleased in the end. Suggest that the manufactures try and build this themselves as I’ve noted quite a few other reviews mention the holes not being in line and they need to address this as without an experienced DIY person helping us, it would still be in bits.. Really practical shed. Good quality materials and easy to follow instructions to put it together. I have awarded 4 stars and not 5 for the following reasons On a few panels the hole were not pre-drilled and this wasn’t obvious until it was all together. Easy to fix but I’m lucky and have lots of tools There is no easy way of securing this to the base. Excellent shed for the money. It took two of us about 10 hours to erect. Unfortunately some of the holes for self tapping screws were missing, however that’s easily sorted with a drill. Using self tapping screws in places to fix together two very thin sheets of steel isn’t ideal, you just have to be careful not to over tighten. The final roof sections were a challenge to fit but we managed in the end. Instructions were ok. Very fiddly removing the plastic covering on some of the panels. Bare hands were required to get a purchase on the plastic, the metal had sharp edges so we ended up with cuts to our hands. The supplied gloves were ok for positioning sections but pretty useless for assembly as the fixings are quite fiddly We have since bought a second shed and decided to leave the plastic covering in place.. This is a stonewall ZERO stars review of what must rank as the biggest and most egregious waste of money I have had the misfortune of squandering in my life. I should have known better. If a price is too good to be true, then it nearly always is. For the £400+ I wasted on this trash I received a shed made from the flimsiest metal (barely 1mm thick) and so poorly engineered that despite it coming with a laughable thin pair of cotton gloves, it cut and scratched my hands with the merest of manouevring. The panels, struts and connectors all had imperfections and/or dents and buckles. The instructions are equally as risible. There are poor quality diagrams that suggest a method of construction yet no actual written clues to this puzzle. This, for a quality manufacturer, isn't a problem, but for this junk it really is as some essential pieces for construction were included but absolutely no mention of them were present in the diagrams. I had to basically guess as to what the mystery pieces were for. Finally, the instructions suggest 2 people for construction and approximately 2 to 3 hrs to complete. This is nigh on impossible. I've probably got close to 30+ years of building flat pack stuff and no way could a couple of people construct this mess in 3 hours or under. Because it is so flimsy, it takes multiple arms, chairs and whatever else you can lay your hands on to prop this thing up so it doesn't just crumple and collapse. Buy it if you like trashing your finances or you're a masochist or you don't believe a word of my review. But, if you're convinced that cheap, rock bottom quality goods with useless instructions and shredded hands is not for you, perhaps turn your attentions to another product.. Anonymous.
