Good shelves for moderate weighted items. Easy to assemble & used for a number of books, plants, etc. Regarding a few negative comments about these from others, there is a step of about 5-6mm between the base & the sides but this is to facilitate space for the hanging fixtures attached to the end panels. It is barely noticeable when the shelves are hung. The colour is a very dark grey. Don't expect a mid or silver grey, they are dark! Finally expect to supply your own screws & rawl plugs to hang the shelves. Screws should be 3.5 or 4mm diameter with countersunk heads.. Mark. Bristol. Mon Mar 28 2022

The description is misleading because what I thought I was getting was one unit made up of two long shelves put together with dividing panels as shown in the picture, that's not what I got. I got 2 units with 4 long shelves divided up! I'm not complaining though, one shelving unit has been assembled but not up yet as we are still decorating the room but it looks nice and was easily assembled. One criticism is the silly little brackets they provided which are far too small to adequately take the weight of the shelves so we will have to make a baton for extra support, other than that they are just what I wanted for a laundry room where I needed extra storage.. Angela. March, GB. Tue Jan 28 2025

Appreciate there are a lot of pieces to this product, however make note that it does not provide any screws for you to fix to the wall, and better yet there is no template available to help you fix it to the wall, you better hope that you have a measuring tape, a level and a lot of patience/time to make sure you install it properly! Bring an air of effortless rustic chic to your bathroom with this Set of 3 Wooden Bathroom Shelves with Wire Storage Basket from Harbour Housewares, designed to turn everyday essentials into a beautifully displayed feature. Crafted from lightweight yet impressively strong Paulownia wood, each shelf delivers that sought-after natural, weathered look without the bulk. The warm grain and subtly distressed finish add softness to tiled spaces and create a calm, spa-like feel, while the wood's excellent durability and resistance make it ideal for steamy bathrooms and daily use. It's the perfect blend of cosy cottage style and modern minimalism. The powder-coated steel brackets add a sleek industrial edge to the rustic wood, giving you a look that feels curated rather than cluttered. Better still, they're designed for flexibility: mount them either above the shelf for a clean, floating display, or below to create a secure guard rail for bottles, jars, and decor. That two-way design lets you tailor the set to your space - whether you're styling a compact flat bathroom or upgrading a family home. Completing the set, the wire storage basket offers a practical, good-looking spot for the things you reach for most. Strong enough to hold up to 5kg, it keeps toilet rolls, hand towels, skincare, or cleaning bits neatly corralled and right where you need them. With its airy, open design and matte finish, it stays visually light while making your bathroom feel instantly more organised - and more you.

The shelves are made out of very flimsy wood, not substantial enough to take the weight of cleaning products nor the basket not big enough for average size loo rolls. Returning the item.. Anonymous. Wed May 27 2026
