This automatic opening dustbin, based on infrared technology, solves this problem. Simply wave your hand above the infrared panel and the lid will open automatically, dispose of the rubbish, and within a few seconds, it will close again automatically. The automatic opening and closing control system consists of a computer chip, an infrared detecting device, a mechanical transmitting device, and an electrical drive system. Lovely little bathroom bins. Unobtrusive and don’t need to faff with pedals (which often tip bathroom bins over) or lids, due to the clever design. Very pleased.. Joel. Nottingham. Thu Jan 18 2024

Our stainless motion sensor touchless can died after less than a year and we couldn’t find a replacement lid. We started looking at white cans to go with our white coastal decor. We weren’t sure how we were going to like this one because you do have to touch the top to open it, and we weren’t sure about the black lid. We were VERY pleasantly surprised! We love this can. It fits perfectly in a small space, and we like the simplicity of the easy touch open lid. Added bonus is that aesthetically it’s very cool looking!. Sherry. Gulf Breeze, FL. Tue Feb 02 2021
