Really not very happy with this product it is already starting to fall apart. It’s made really cheaply. I really wish I had sent it back when receiving it as I’m not impressed with the craftsmanship or the quality. On top is very minimal. There is no padding around the sides the mechanism for lifting the lid gets cool and squeaks constantly. Such a shame as look lovely in the pictures but I really wish I had sent it back.. Marrieanne. Great ottoman! Looks just like the pictures no need to assemble it! Opens easily and material feels good. Anonymous. Thu Oct 09 2025

This luxury chesterfield bumper bar storage ottoman is made with quality wood and the lid is made with reflex foam and upholstered in quality plush velvet fabric.

I was expecting the buttons on top to be covered in the same fabric as the rest of the ottoman as per the online photo. Instead shiny glass-like buttons have been used which makes it look a lot less elegant, which is unfortunate as it was not an inexpensive purchase. The fabric is also very thin and does not have the plush look I was hoping for. It is a good size and will provide useful storage for blankets.. Anonymous. London. Wed Dec 27 2023
