One star because I can't give cero. Appalling courier, DHL, 5 consecutive days announced the delivery and then cancelled. I called Wayfair on the 4th day and they told me that I had entered into a contract and if I didn't take delivery (because I could not stay in more days waiting for it) they will deliver to a neighbour either if I liked it or not. And they would not take cancelation, breaching the distance selling act and the consumer credit act. To make it worst, DHL dropped the item at the front door of the block, not even trying the intercom, I found it there by chance, and the item has arrived faulty.. Laura. Fri Jan 10 2025

I was expecting the buttons on top to be covered in the same fabric as the rest of the ottoman as per the online photo. Instead shiny glass-like buttons have been used which makes it look a lot less elegant, which is unfortunate as it was not an inexpensive purchase.
