The perfect fit for what I needed - a birthday present for my mother, it goes with the room’s decor and the storage in the top is very useful for her. It did require a small amount of assembly but it was not difficult.. Andrew. Skegness. Tue Feb 20 2024

Stunning ottoman, well worth paying that little bit more. Very sturdy with lovely diamonte buttons on the top. Definitely recommend!. Lianne. Chelmsford, GB. Mon Aug 31 2020

This luxury chesterfield bumper bar storage ottoman is made with quality wood and the lid is made with reflex foam and upholstered in quality plush velvet fabric.

I was expecting the buttons on top to be covered in the same fabric as the rest of the ottoman as per the online photo. Instead shiny glass-like buttons have been used which makes it look a lot less elegant, which is unfortunate as it was not an inexpensive purchase. The fabric is also very thin and does not have the plush look I was hoping for. It is a good size and will provide useful storage for blankets.. Anonymous. London. Wed Dec 27 2023

One star because I can't give cero. Appalling courier, DHL, 5 consecutive days announced the delivery and then cancelled. I called Wayfair on the 4th day and they told me that I had entered into a contract and if I didn't take delivery (because I could not stay in more days waiting for it) they will deliver to a neighbour either if I liked it or not. And they would not take cancelation, breaching the distance selling act and the consumer credit act. To make it worst, DHL dropped the item at the front door of the block, not even trying the intercom, I found it there by chance, and the item has arrived faulty.. Laura. Sat Jan 11 2025

This ottoman is very sturdy and well made. Slightly darker grey than I expected as you couldn’t see this colour on the website, but not a problem. Jean. Felpham. Mon Aug 21 2023
