I would have given a five star but mop is a bit too heavy for me, that being said, I had amazing help from head office from a chap called Oliver. So I decided on this model because of the hand held feature. I also bought my daughter the same mop for her birthday and she would give a 5. I was so shocked by the amount of dirt was on the mop head, no streaks and it drys so fast. I have used it as a had held to clean around my loos.
