The Holt is an attractive and well made British shed featuring high grade 12mm shiplap tongue and groove cladding and strong 34mm sqauare framing. There are two opening glass windows for added light and ventilation. Faux shutters are also supplied. The double door is fitted with a rim lock and wooden knob. The floor is 12mm matching T&G whilst the roof is solid sheet OSB boards, roof felt is also supplied for the exterior. The shed is dip treated with a preservative base coat ready for your own topcoat of paint or stain. Allowance should be made for the roof overhang and for access around the outside during construction and subsequent treatment. Before you assemble your building, you will need a base which is flat and level to a sufficient size. Grass, soil or gravel are not sufficient as they will move with the weight of a building.

It features a set of double doors on the left side of the shed with three windows on the right side providing an adequate amount of light. The roof is covered with 20kg of green mineral felt. Due to the well-designed build, it is supplied with a 15-year anti-rot guarantee.

This Outsunny shed comes in a tall, slightly narrow design: A great storage piece for small garden and outdoor spaces. Inside, on the left, there are three shelves for easy organisation, with an open right side that caters to large and long pieces. Made from fir wood for a durable outdoor structure, it's fitted with a sloped roof, so no water build-up. Ashapt covering on the roof to help prevent water from entering inside. Complete with a latch on the two doors for security.

The shed is finished with a honey brown basecoat preservative treatment ready for top coating immediately on installation in your choice of wood paint or stain. After long-period research and survey, we rigorously designed the sloping roof for all sizes of sheds, to avoid water reserve under heavy rainy days. The special design of air vents prevents any lack of air inside, plastic caps avoid injury while people are around. Sturdy and reinforced interior structure to make the shed withstand as long-lasting.

12ft. W x 7ft. D

Very easy to erect and quick decent quality for the price. Although the base is poor using small batton as a base is rubbish so I used 4” 2” to give it more of a Sturdy base most of the batton supplied was damaged anyway only due to large knots in it. The instructions are generic which is a bit rubbish but commence prevailed. The delivery was TERRIBLE the delivery time was a month and wayfair sent me an email stating it will be delivered on a certain date so I took a day off work and had tree surgeons booked to remove a hedge so I could get the large shed in, unfortunately the delivery company came 2 days earlier so the hedge was still up and the shed couldn’t be delivered and then told redelivery will be in two weeks so not very impressed I was very close to cancelling if I’m honest. But couldn’t be bothered with the hassle. So that been said the shed is great but the base is rubbish as it comes so buy some decent timber for the base. Stuart. North Curry Taunton, GB. I love this shed! This is our second shed purchase from Wayfair, the first shed I bought was more of a lean- to shed, the roof is flat and slanted, and even though they are the same size this shed with the vaulted roof feels so much bigger! We mounted it on 4x4s to give it a good solid base, in the corners they have steel pieces that you can actually screw through to attach, Im thrilled that they made this accommodation. The doors are reinforced which makes them very strong there is no wobble. I love the fact that this shed has 4 ventilation vents , it does tend to get hot when the sun is beating on it. I took a photo of the interior of the roof, the support pieces are quite strong. I have absolutely no concern about snow load. The color is exactly what is pictured in the listing, it was delivered with no damage whatsoever. It really does take 2 people to assemble, it can probably be done by 1 person, but there is a nut and bolt assembly that is necessary to secure the panels on the sides in the back, and it does take 1 person on the inside 1 person on the outside to complete. I bought this shed here on Wayfair during one of their many sales, the price was fantastic for the size of shed I got. The shipping was fast and free. I would absolutely buy another one of these!. Made in the UK, this well designed garden shed is ideal for all your tools, lawn mowers, bikes and toys but would also make an excellent workshop. This practical Pent Shed has a joinery quality, storm resistant opening window to the front of the building which is interchangeable left to right with the door. Both roof and floor are manufactured from 12mm T&G boards. The wall cladding is 12mm slow grown, very high grade FSC approved pine on sturdy 34mm square framing. The framed double door is completed with a rim lock. Roof felt, assembly instructions and a fixing kit are also provided. The shed is finished with a honey brown basecoat preservative treatment ready for top coating immediately on installation in your choice of wood paint or stain.
