Sturdy, built good, design is good; height is best from all Iron boards I have used. I can raise the board above the waist, and I am 5' 8". First time to have a rest for the Iron, and being left handed l like this feature. You can switch the iron rest for a right hand person. I think the padding is a good thickness.
