The item was delivered in a single, large parcel, necessitating placement in the rear garden. Assembly requires two individuals. The instructions provided were exceptionally clear, further supplemented by helpful YouTube video tutorials. We encountered an issue with a defective hinge; however, customer service provided excellent support. We are currently awaiting the replacement part, which is being shipped from America and is expected to arrive within several weeks. Solid piece of furniture and all the parts fit well. One snag was that I felt that the hinge lid opened uncontrollably to the vertical position and then it was quite difficult to close it. First of all, I read previous reviews before ordering and the main complaint is that the instructions are difficult to understand or inaccurate. After receiving the shed, I found the instructions very intuitive. They are on A5 so quite small but as long as you test fit the pieces before fixing parts together, you will see pretty quickly if the orientation is incorrect. If you are unsure, read ahead a couple of pages and everything should make sense. Assembled on my own in a few hours, and really happy with the quality of the shed. This is a very substantial shed with clear instructions for assembly. I really like the colour as matches well with my composite decking.
