We are currently awaiting the replacement part, which is being shipped from America and is expected to arrive within several weeks. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The assembly process looked daunting but once started, was relatively easy by following the very clear instructions. Solid piece of furniture and all the parts fit well. One snag was that I felt that the hinge lid opened uncontrollably to the vertical position and then it was quite difficult to close it. Glass surface that`s larger than usual, brings enough light into the room to make it convenient to use this actively without using any additional light during the daytime.
