I bought this sensor bin to replace a similar model from another brand. The lid on my previous bin broke, and I couldn’t get a replacement. Very pleased with the bin. You have four blue lights that light up and then they go off one by one to let you know when the bin will close. You can also wave your hand in front to make them go back up so the lid stays open longer or press the buttons on the side to open or close.
