Excellent sturdy ironing board. Think of it as a piece of furniture though as it’s too heavy to keep moving regularly. It’s fine for me as I always leave the ironing board out. Pleased to find it’s made in Italy and replacement covers are easily available. I saw other reviewers complain about the iron rest. I haven’t had to clean the cover yet, so I can’t speak to how well it holds up over time, but I’m hoping it’s just as user-friendly as the rest of the design. The sturdiness is exceptional—there are no wobbles, shaking, or sudden drops, even when applying extra pressure to remove stubborn wrinkles.
