I would have given a full 5stars had I not of been given the impression that this was easy to put up, otherwise this is a really appealing and sleek looking product that utilises space efficiently but to call this extremely simple is misleading it took myself and a friend of mine 12 hours to put up. Nightmare. Didn't expect flatpack. Instructions impenetrable - damaged package inside box so not even sure if all pieces are present. Asked to return and have been offered 15% discount if I keep it - which Ibdo not want to do. Putting it together would be at least a day's work for me with no guarantee of success.. Leonie.
