after being told was coming on one date and after i had to email to find out were my order was when it didn't arrive I was sent an email of apology and said they had lost my order and that a new one was coming from Germany. we were told it was going to be delivered by two men as i is quite a large box but it was one man he did carry it to where we were going to assemble it it took about 1 hour and i am very happy.
