This is a really substantial cabinet, made from thick well veneered composite board. This makes it HEAVY, but not a bad thing as it's also stable. It can be made by one (in my case septuagenarian) person but it does take some time. The design is such that it's impossible to build incorrectly, which can be a problem where many parts are similar. It would be easier to do if the parts were labelled. Electric screwdriver makes life a lot easier and build quicker as there are lots of screw fittings. The hinges seem quite good, but the bolts and locks not particularly substantial, but serve to keep the doors closed, but would not deter an attempt to gain entry without a key. All together, I would recommend this as a great place to keep all that accumulated junk which 'may be useful sometime in the future! It looks pretty good too.. Christopher. Walton-on-thames, GB. the cabinet is well made and suits for the purpose we bought it for next to our computer table, I wish the base unit had been 50mm taller so that it lined up with the computer table. I had to drill more shelf holes in the bottom section of the shelf area so that the A4 filing boxes fitted and then replace the shelf which I did not need to do on the top section of the shelving but we are well pleased with the product, from ordering to delivery was very good and the lady we spoke to on the phone when we made enquiry's was very helpful without being pushy, a pleasure to talk to. jack williams. Dimensions were accurately posted and item was easy to assemble with a couple of pictures that could have been slightly enlarged to show better detail. When you have screws and hardware to assemble, you need to see a larger image if written instructions don't provide clarity. This helps for people who are not "mechanically" inclined such as myself. Part of a wide range of office furniture including desks and pedestals, this 2 Door Storage Cabinet in a wood finish is suitable for both domestic and commercial use.

This is our third piece from this set, love all of them! Very high quality for flatpack so very much worth the slightly higher price. All pieces included (and some spares) and well marked. Finish is a beautiful greige (tones of tan and grey) so goes with most every colour scheme. Doors are always a bit fiddly to get aligned properly but same for any similar hinges in flatpack.
