I purchased this as it was light weight and perfect to use on a daily basis, rather than dragging out my Henry. Did a good job for around 5 weeks on my laminate floor then it started getting blocked on a daily basis even though it was emptied after every daily use!! Then came the over heating! Gave up with it in the end and took it with other rubbish to the tip!, maybe i just had the one that malfunctioned! But in my opinion it really was a cheap priced bit of junk. Great mop and great that you can flip the cleaning pad to continue mopping or use it to dry the floor you’ve just steamed. Handy to throw the pad into the wash after use. Just wish steam mops could be cordless, plugging in and trailing the lead around is a bit annoying but I like cleaning the floors with steam so can’t complain. Marion. Glasgow. Sun Jun 08 2025

Got this hoover a few weeks ago and its excellent, very powerful, also got a pet hair attachment and wow its amazing. I only have a few minor moans, flex not very long so I find having to keep unplugging it annoying, and also its very noisy but feel its because its so powerful. So yeah I'm very pleased I chose this hoover.. Nessa. Mon Oct 19 2026
