Very good as a bin, the automated open/close can be a bit annoying as the sensor is very sensitive, but otherwise no issues.. Anthony Stuart. Manchester, United Kingdom. Sat May 30 2026

A large sized bin for home or kitchen waste. It has a removable swing lid to cover up the rubbish and is easy to remove. The lid also acts as a barrier to keep insects out and odours in. The bin has a Matt plastic finish. It is approximately (L x W x H) 39 x 33 x 74cm in size.

This bin is a good size. It takes the large black bin bags perfectly. It’s a lovely matte black which I was looking for (not shiny plastic) It feels quite sturdy and has a good swing lid. Tip…inside the rim of the top when you receive it, there’s a small piece of plastic which sticks out preventing the lid from swinging during transport. You have to twist/break off this little piece to enable the lid to swing . (No instructions to explain this in the packaging) Overall, a perfect decent sized bin.. Mandy. London, GB. Sun Jun 25 2023

Had this a little over a year. Unfortunately the sensor has stopped working. Was a great bin for the first year, just what I was looking for. Sadly none left in stock so cant replace. Will now look for another one.. Clair. Wallasey, GB. Wed May 10 2023

The 'Shorty' manual waste bin has a capacity of 30L and has been specifically designed to fit beneath a sink installation. It mounts to the base of the cabinet and is suitable for cabinet widths 500mm and wider. The system has two 15L capacity bin inserts that sit within a frame and are carried on high-quality full extension ball-bearing runners. The Shorty manual waste bin sits within cabinets with a hinged door, both of the 15L compartments are perfect for separating and recycling household waste. They are made from plastic and are easily removable making waste removal and cleaning a breeze. Both 15L bin compartments sit beneath an odor trap lid, keeping any odors contained. Using the Shorty manual waste bin is simple, the bin system is pulled out separately once the cabinet door has been opened. Using the plastic front panel the system is pulled out manually by hand to reveal both bin compartments. It's easy to fit too.

Just what we wanted to fit under a base unit shelf. With two compartments, we can use one for rubbish and the other for recycle waste. You can lift the containers out individually to take to your bins and sort the cardboard from the tins & plastic when outside. I would recommend this product.. Trevor. Rufford Ormskirk, GB. Small and chic, the compact size and slim profile shape make this bin a great fit in a bathroom or under a desk. A lift-off lid and removable inner bucket allow for a quick and easy bag change. The open top cover hides messy bag overhang so the bin always looks neat. The simplehuman code R liner fits this bin perfectly no bunching or slipping for a cleaner experience.

Small yet perfect for a bathroom. I love that the lid fits over the trash liner and keeps it neatly in place.. Tracy. Alexander, AR. Thu Apr 09 2020

This round dustbin without decoration is the perfect combination of utility and design. The round magnetic lid and upper rim are made of bamboo, and the natural wood grain is a feast for anyone’s eyes. The natural wood is moisture, resistant and thus great for your bathroom. The cutout is large enough to dispose of your waste but still small enough to fend off curious glances, small magnets ensure that the cover does not slip. There is an inserted black plastic bucket inside, just take off the lid and remove the can using the metal handle. This round waste basket matches any interior with its beautiful and still modest look. A true eye-catcher, especially in a gastronomic environment or an office.

The simplehuman bullet open bin has a larger 27cm opening that makes it easy to scrape food off trays or toss in large items like pizza boxes. The heavy-gauge stainless steel construction, lift-off lid and extra-large capacity make it an ideal choice for high-traffic commercial spaces such as hotel lobbies, restaurants and commissaries. The simplehuman code X liner fits this bin perfectly no bunching or slipping for a cleaner experience.

The simplehuman semi-round open bin has a flat back for placement against the wall and out of the way, while its open lid design makes it easy to toss in rubbish on the go. The sturdy stainless steel construction, lift-off lid, and large capacity make it an ideal choice for commercial spaces such as restaurants and coffee shops, or even busy families. Can’t go back to normal trash cans or normal trash bags. Customer for life.. Brad. Temple Terrace, FL. Tue May 07 2019

Perfect for hotel rooms or offices, the simplehuman slim open recycling bin has two inner buckets and a space-efficient shape that make it easy to separate your daily amount of rubbish and recyclables in one place. Sturdy stainless steel construction and durable plastic buckets will ensure this bin lasts a long time even in tough environments. The simplehuman code C liner fits this bin perfectly no bunching or slipping for a cleaner experience.

I truly like this trash can. Having a two receptacle can makes it so easy to sort garbage from the recyclables. The compact size was the primary attraction since this can fits into a very specific space that could not be enlarged. I have removed a star since this is a really expensive solution that requires even more expensive "special" trash bags.. Susan. Somerville, MA. Fri Mar 15 2019
