First time ordering from wayfair. I was a bit weary ordering this after reading reviews and got the feeling wayfair is “hit or miss”. I am pleasantly surprised how this bench turned out. Easy to assemble, you just have to put the 2 sides on the bench and feet on. The material is a velvety material and the whole bench is very sturdy. The top part doesn’t open as far but you can fit 1 or 2 think blankets in there or a couple of shoes. It also comes with the 2 little pillows. I LOVE it. Just the perfect colour, style and size for my small room, sturdy and very well made inside and out. I use it in place of my coffee table as I needed storage and it has lots of room for extra throws and pillows. Stunning colour, more of a camel, not garish gold colour. I have to say this was the most difficult piece of furniture I have ever put together and I am typically very good at assembling pieces with minimal instruction. I took it apart twice and reassembled because the instructions were so poor and I still had pieces left over! That said I’m happy with the end result and it’s function. It is on the smaller side so check measurements. The quality is alright but it is chip board so the durability remains to be seen.
