Great product but a nightmare to get it delivered. It stated that the product was going to be delivered by dpd. Clicking onto the tracking nr. The german dpd website shows up and no tracking available. Then received a message that DHL will be delivering it and again tracking it was not working. Finally I received a message that the package has been delivered to the pick up point. I went to pick it up but I want handed it out as I did not have a DHL QR code. Then I started communication with the Wayfair help desk. Many apologies but no actions. Its better to say I cant help you then telling me that you are working on it and then disappearing from the chat. Whilst the product is great, the whole service was a disaster to say the least. Lieferung war schnell und pünktlich. Der Eimer war ordentlich verpackt und nicht defekt. Leider habe ich zu spät gesehen, dass es auch Mülleimer mit dem Fußpedal an der Stirnseite gibt. Trotzdem ist er Klasse. Das einsetzen des Müllbeutels ist nicht so gut geregelt, das der Inneneimer zu eng an der Außenwand ist. Aber daran gewöhnt man sich. Never thought I’d say this but, really beautiful bin! I’m not a fan of the sensor auto opening bins, and a pedal bin seemed like the ideal middle ground to opening with your hands. I like pedal bins because you have full control over how long the lid is open for. Lovely soft and quiet closure mechanism which was one of the reasons we went for this one. Really happy with it. The bin is easy to move as it has an integral handle on the back. The handled PP plastic inner bucket allows you to empty the garbage easily and regularly. Your rubbish bin doesn’t have to look like rubbish, pedal trash is sleek and stylishly fits into the background, making it perfect for your home! Wipe clean regularly with a cloth dampened in a mild cleaner and wipe dry with a clean cloth. When opening the lid by hand, the lid can be opened to 90° to remove the inner barrel. If you step on the pedal to open the lid, the lid can -be open to 70°-75°. So the trash bin should be kept 5cm from a wall to ensure its normal usage.
