Looked good and plush in the picture. Very disappointing on delivery! Also was charged £6.99 for the return which left very little for a refund!

Total misdescription. Advertised as non slip but actually anti slip which is not the same thing. Also advertised as gel backed which, if it is, is almost untraceable. Very disappointing and lazy advertising

I ordered beige. It didn't arrive. Instead I have a milky cream mat in color, that came in a packet clearly marked as "cream". Not what I ordered, very disappointed and I wasted 30 minutes with a "customer service" agent arguing with me about how it couldn't possibly be "cream" as he couldn't find that on their website. A further warning - the website notes that this product is "made in the UK". And yet it has a label sewn on for "Made in China".

The mat was a good length and colour but I would have liked it to be a bit thicker.
