Fits under the mattress (over base): It is soft and easily stretches, making it a comfortable fabric to use. It has high tensile strength, making it strong, durable, and less likely to rip or tear. The base valance is made from cotton blended fabric which covers the base of the bed ensuring everything under your bed stays hidden.
Expertly tailored: Blended fabric adds movement, elegance, and style. Fabric is mercerized for optimal longevity. Pre-shrunk (sanforized) to protect against any shrinkage after washing and drying.
Valance frilled fitted sheets to fit deep mattress
100% poly-cotton frilled fitted valance sheets go right over the mattress and down to the floor, working as a fitted sheet and valance all in one.

The original item was very different to what was shown on the website and Wayfair offered a replacement item. RIDICULOUSLY, THE REPLACEMENT ITEM IS EXACTLY THE SAME AS THE ONE DELIVERED EARLIER! WHAT IS GOING ON WAYFAIR? IS THIS GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE?? See the images of original item and the replacement item. They are the same. How are you going to make me good?also website says " August Grove" but the item is from Prime Linens and they are not great with quality anyways
