Cielo zone 300 memory foam mattress

I loved the mattress. It’s a little bit firm but that’s on me because I didn’t know exactly what medium - soft meant. I am happy with my purchase, the product is of good quality. Thank you.

Service great, delivered on time with no fuss, packaged very well, the only fault was the mattress, very thin and hard.

Didsapointed! This mattress seems to do the job, but... Despite being listed as memory foam in the at a glance section and being described as contains a comfort layer of body moulding memory foam in the information section, the one I received, most certainly does not have memory foam in it. The memory 3-zone mattress bit in the same information section is also absolute rubbish. This does not have soft support to the neck and shoulder and medium support to the lower back - its simply a slab of foam, thats it. As I said in the beginning, it does a job and, for the price, its all we were really after, but dont fall for the wildly inaccurate descriptions, theyre plain wrong. At least in my case. Also no label or marking on the mattress or packaging to make sure I received the right mattress.

Good price and a good mattress. I would personally say it is medium and not soft/medium but neither the less it is still very comfortable
