Although this was an open box item, the condition is very good. I researched it carefully and know that it's well made of quite natural materials. It is probably the most comfortable mattress I can remember sleeping on. Only thing is it's deep and heavy so a bit tricky to lift for turning and changing the sheets. Night night . . .

The mattress itself Id wonderful and so comfortable! Purchased for my sons first small double and honestly blown away by the comfort. That said, our packaging was ripped, and heavy dark marks are on the mattress (from where it has been slid along the foor in the warehouse), which weve not let affect the review till weve had Wayfairs response.
