The mattress isn’t as good as I expected, the delivery was worse and the communication wasn’t great, I had 3 different delivery dates of which did not come through, no cancellations just didn’t turn up, when I rang to complain about the lack of communication they told me the mattress was delivered yesterday, ? It had been placed at my back gate a full 28 hours without any notification it had been delivered or were it was, I’m still awaiting an apology from dormeo as promised,but 2 months later NOTHING from them, I will not be recommending this company to anyone, shoddy firm,

I bought this mattress a couple of months ago and it is so good it's like sleeping on a cloud I would recommend it to anyone a fantastic buy

Service with Dormeo is good, other than delivery takes a while. The mattress itself was utterly rubbish! The worst mattress we've ever had, it gave us both chronic back and other body pain. My husband could even feel the bed slats through the mattress, he's not what you'd call overweight and this definitely shouldn't have happened. Would NOT recommend.

I am writing to formally request a Multiple issues and poor service. The mattress was originally ordered in December, but the wrong size was sent and had to be returned. Despite my clear instruction not to send a replacement until the investigation, one was sent without my confirmation. On top of that, I received no prior notice of the delivery, leading to the package being left outside in the rain for an entire day. Additionally, I am not satisfied with the quality of the replacement mattress, as it does not meet expectations in terms of size, firmness and overall comfort. Now, I am being asked to cover the return delivery costs, which is completely unacceptable given that I specifically requested for a replacement not to be sent in the first place.

Excellent mattress, quick delivery. It was for my son wh has severe back pain, it has helped him sleep much better at night. Would recommend to anyone who has pain at night.
