So far so good. Mattress arrived in 8 days, ahead of schedule, and could track deleivery via xdp app. A lot cheaper than the manufacturers site, now over £1000 dearer. plus comes with a sleep trial. I took the rolled up mattress out of the box for easier carrying upstairs. Removed plastic and mattress slowly grew for next 6 hours or so. So far glad i went for the medium/soft mattress as is reasonably firmish.

We have had this mattress for 2.5 years and already it has dipped on my husband’s side!! Very very unfortunate and surprising given the cost of the mattress AND the supposed 18 year warranty!! We treated this as an investment mattress by spending more on it and hoping it would last us several years. I also have a back condition and it’s made it worse as I wake up with stiff hips. Hardly “medium soft”. It is more on the firm side. Purchase with caution!

We ordered a king size mattress, but the internal springs are only the size of a double. Due to this, the foam edges slope down and offer no support. After only a few nights, the foam flattens underneath you and loses its bounce. We only bought the mattress a couple of months ago, but have already ordered a replacement.

I needed something that would comfort a sore lower back. The promotional spiel for this product is great, and for someone else who doesnt have this problem, it might be marvellous, but I found it as hard as a slab of cement and had to send it back. Then, of course, theres the whole palaver about how youre supposed to get a product that arrived in compressed form back into its original wrapping once its expanded. The Wayfair website is less than clear on this. My advice go to a bed shop.

Good firm mattress, really supports you, just need pillows with it
