Mattress topper when first undone. Very pleased with it

Having spent a night on the sofa bed in order to allow recovery for 24 hrs. I was looking forward to a fantastic nights sleep. Unfortunately not quite what I had anticipated. There is a distinct dip across the middle as can be seen from attached photo ( where the sheet doesn't lay flat) It appears to be where it was folded. I would like it replaced please. When it comes to a mattress foam topper for a better nights sleep I always buy a decent thick one. I had a Dormeo years ago on a single bed. It was cheaper than buying a new single bed. After searching via different websites and reviews and of course prices. I thought this was value for money. This one was for my 6ft superking bed. The bed itself is approx a year old with a pillow top attached. However found both of us husband and i were still not getting a good nights sleep. He gets very warm in bed so the cool side of the topper attracted me . We have had this for several weeks. He does not get hot. We also get a good nights sleep. I had to buy extra deep fitted sheet which helps to keep it in place on the bed. Do not hesitate to buy this product. Thankyou Dormeo! And wayfair!
