Extremely comfortable mattress. There is a smell that from past experience does evaporate off. Very pleased.

Love the mattress but was delivered and on unpacking I’ve found a stitching default unfinished stitching /lose thread

Nothing as spectacular as the description made out. Thought it would keep me warm on colder nights. Nice and comfy, slightly softer than expected.

So far so good, not to firm not to soft and no bad back after the first night.

This mattress is very comfortable, delivery was very quick arrived within 24 hours.

This mattress is awful! Before owning this mattress I had never experienced night sweats now every night we are overheating and having the most uncomfortable night. The smell!! When I opened this mattress it filled the house with an over powering chemical smell which lasted for several days. If you buy this mattress I’d suggest opening it and keeping any doors/ windows open to remove the odour.

Great product for the price. I was concerned by some of the reviews but this product is very comfortable, appears to be very well made, and great for the price. Also arrived a day early with a two hour window which can be changed if it doesn’t suit.

I've owned a lot many mattresses in the past but this is my first time experiencing something like this. The fitted sheet around the mattress has started ripping from the edges with the stuffing coming out from the edges. I've tried getting in touch with customer service but no luck. It's too soon for such wear and tear. The worst part is the mattress is not even used that frequently.

One huge thing to flag is that despite what the spec says, this is not delivered flat. I raised this with Wayfair who sent an automated reply telling me I could return the item. So a heads up - it's delivered inflated and is therefore very bulky and difficult to hoist upstairs. Setting that aside, the mattress itself is very good. My husband says it's firmer than what he would like, but he wants a feather mattress that he can sink into. I need support as I was fed up of waking up with a stiff neck and bad back. It's nice and thick and the sides don't collapse when you perch on the edge of it. Also, I have noticed that my husband, who usually gets night sweats, hasn't been waking up drenched even though the weather has been hot. So it definitely keeps your body temperature cooler than an ordinary foam mattress. Worth the money I'd say.

Very comfortable mattress, slightly softer than I thought it would be.well made and Very comfortable and well made mattress. Really pleased to find it has handles to help with rotating. Slightly softer than I had been expecting, but so far my back has improved for changing. Only time will tell. Very good price for what appears a quality mattres.
