Very comfortable mattress and very fast delivery arrived the next day with very good delivery communication. Would definitely order again.

Really good purchase. Firm mattress (could be a touch firmer for me, but still nice and firm). Perfect fit for a standard bed and bedding. delivered separately from the bed frame with a different courier, but with easy communication on the delivery day. A good experience overall from Wayfair.

It is firm but not as firm as it should be. About 2 weeks into using it, me and hubby started rolling towards each other. After 2 months our bottoms made a deep in the mattress which can actually be seen over the topper and bed sheet. Im very disappointed. And I'm returning it.

Delivery did not take place to correct address, when corrected, driver insisted "only home delivery" despite me paying for the to room option. Driver left whilst I was inspecting the mattress as it was the wrong product despite me telling him to wait. Customer service told ME it was my responsibility to dispose of the incorrect item and if I wanted to reorder the same product I could do so. When I protested that the product price had increased by £80 since ordering they told told me "im not sure what you want me to do" and suggested I purchase it at the higher price. Absolutely appalling service.
