Really subtle pattern. Its a white colour, just the lighting on these photos makes it look cream. The material is a little see-through, but with white duvet and pillow protectors, you wont notice. The quality of the underside fabric feels lovely i, like cotton sateen. I havent put it on the bed yet with it only being November, but Im really pleased with it.
