In all honesty, buying mattresses from Wayfair has been extremley difficult and tricky. In this family is a disabled person and we loved the concept of 100 night trial and ability to return if unhappy but, trying them isn't the only issue, the issue of buying a mattress and what you actually get are two separate things and on majority of occasions, I have been sent the wrong thickness, brand, make etc. Really struggling.

very poor quality mattress, very flimsy. must have been used, had some marks like thrown around the warehouse, did not come in brand new packaging. the springs hurt my hand when I pressed my hand on the mattress.
