Luxurious velvet bedspread looks and feels great.

There was a problem with the delivery and a lovely kind helpful lady sorted it out for me.

I opened the packet and the cover has scuff marks in several places . Rather than return it they offered me a partial refund which I accepted. The cover is really nice. But disappointed.
