It’s an okay mattress in general but not firm at all. My 50kg sister found it very soft.

Delivery was free and came the next day. The mattress was packaged well and was easy to unpack. It fits the frame perfectly and feels very comfortable, though it recommends leaving for 72 hours before using so can’t comment on long term comfort, but so far so good.
