Absolutely amazing mattress! Super comfortable

I ordered a small double bed from Wayfair and specifically chose delivery for 19 June, as it was the day I was moving into my new home. Unfortunately, only part of the order arrived. After contacting customer service, a replacement was arranged, which initially restored my confidence as it arrived before my move. However, when I opened the package, I discovered that the assembly instructions and all of the screws and fixings were missing, making the bed completely unusable. I contacted Wayfair again and was told they would need to contact the manufacturer and that replacement parts could take 1–2 working days to be issued. This means even more delays and, most importantly, my daughter is left without a bed to sleep in. What should have been a simple purchase has turned into a stressful and frustrating experience involving incomplete deliveries, missing parts, repeated calls to customer service, and ongoing delays. Moving home is stressful enough without having to deal with basic issues that should have been prevented through proper quality checks. I have completely lost confidence in both the product and the service provided. I have requested a full refund and for the bed to be collected, as I no longer wish to deal with further delays. Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend purchasing from Wayfair based on my experience. Would give 0 stars
