Incorrect replacement product sent NIGHTZONE not Bechtelsville Product. NIGHTZONE is on another website for 18.99. I paid €56.00 for duvet as a gift and did not receive the correct item twice. Spent a lot of time contacting customer services. That apologized and said there is nothing they can do. Appalling service for an inferior and cheaper product I did not order!!!
