At first I was very disappointed with the mattress as it was neither medium or firm as the listing described it and I could feel every spring I even wondered if it had any memory foam in at all, as it turns out I had actually received a faulty mattress and only realised when one while side of the mattress completely collapsed and all the springs where sticking out the side!!! I Contacted wayfair about the issue and they were amazing and so helpful issued a replacement and return straight away no hassle no fuss, even when I had to ring up and change the address as I had only just moved and they were sending it to the old address, it was not a problem and someone so kind helped me to change it as soon as possibly could and put the delivery on hold till it was sorted to make sure it wasnt delivered to the wrong address, I am honestly so impressed with the customer service that I got with wayfair that Ive come back and bought more and am now looking for a sofa to add from here, I know that Im am completely safe when making a purchase with wayfair and that I can rely on them when any issues if any arise with further purchase
