The material was not a teddy fleece, it was more like 'thin velvet'.Very disappointed. To send it back you have made it so complicated that l cannot be bothered.Perhaps that's what you hope.As a disabled person in their 80's l would usually use a parcel collection service.As l have no printer l was unable to do that.
