Awful- I had a bad back before, but this has made things ten times worse. I am certain I can feel the springs. Please pay a bit more for something worth the hassle. If I could return I would.

It's an okay mattress, not impressive. Have used for almost 2 years now and can now start feeling the springs in it. It's not uncomfortable but it's not massively comfortable either and sometimes gives a back ache.
