100 night guarantee not as advertised, what a nightmare trying to exchange, they needed the old mattress back and refunded before exchanging for another mattress so your without a bed for a while until another mattress arrives. Where they state if changing for another mattress you need only pay the difference, well this isnt the case im afraid. You need to have your old mattress refunded to your account and then use that towards your other mattress. Unlike other bed companies who deliver your new mattress the same time as they collect your old one you want to exchange, and only pay the difference in one simple phone call. I wont use Wayfair again for any mattress.
